  The best way to see what 2020 Chevy Trax would be the best fit for you is by taking a more detailed look at the different models available for this year. It’s common knowledge that the basic model will come with the fewest number of advanced safety and technology features, but it will also come with the lowest price tag. Any models between the lowest and highest priced models will have a delicate balance of features while still not getting too pricey, either. The highest-priced model will always have the best options and features that are available on the vehicle. On the 2020 Chevy Trax, you’ll find three different trim levels available, ranging from the Trax LS ($22,295), LT ($24,195), and Premier ($28,295).   Breaking Down the Trax Trims

  The basic Trax LS trim has a very affordable starting MSRP that is much closer to the $20,000 mark than the higher-priced Premier. If anything, the Trax LT looks to be geared more towards off-road adventures and additional conveniences. The added skid plates and included roof-mounted side rails are sure to come in handy when you’re driving over rugged terrain and have extra gear mounted on top of the vehicle.

  With the Trax Premier, there are plenty of more additions as well. All-season 18-inch tires and 18-inch wheels become standard additions, along with fog lamps, power sunroof, and a Bose premium 7-speaker audio system. For additional comfort, it should also be noted that a 6-way power driver seat, heated driver and front passenger seats, and leatherette seating are also included.

  All trims are available with AWD, although they will all come with FWD as the standard option. Additionally, each model comes equipped with a 1.4L Turbo ECOTEC 4-cylinder engine with an output of 138 hp and 148 lb-ft of torque. This engine is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
