I was lucky to get into an affordable vehicle so that was cool and I appreciate that. They were also quick to respond and answer questions, I credit that to the guy I closed the deal with. Not only have I asked to be removed from all solicitation but I came in with blown out tire from pothole - they put the dummy on when there was a spare tire that was in car. Great service ! Office staff friendly and helpful. Tech explained everything in detail and car was ready exact date they said it would be. The repairs were great looks like never been hit.

While I appreciate the team's hard work, the service department needs to improve its operation. An oil change typically takes 30 minutes, not three hours. My appointment was at 9:40 a.m., and I didn't leave until 12:00 p.m. I am very disappointed in the amount of time spent there.

They were polite and courteous, and I appreciated the tracker that let me stay up to date on the progress of my repairs. I also feel the price was reasonable and it was very easy to work with them through my insurance. Good communication and service!

Poor Rating. Too many trips in to fix the issue. First was a 4 time bring it back just to fix a tire leaking air. next had a stabilitak issue, took it in, recieved a call saying needed $4K in work and didn't even address the issue we spoke about. Just make sure that when you guys are actually saying you complete a check you are actually keeping to that. Had my vehicle in there for body work and a tire sensor and the tire sensor was completely missed

Normally they are great to work with however I was there almost 4 hours for a tire change! After 2.5 hours I was then told the tire machine was broke however this was not communicated before and that’s frustrating because I waisted almost a half day sitting!

I own a 2024 Chevy Blazer RS, EV. Around the first of January, my Level 2 charging cord began malfunctioning. I took my vehicle to the Service Department at Blossom Chevrolet. I worked with Service Advisor Ray Shoemake. Mr. Shoemake was very professional and sincere about my problem since my defective charging cord was on a national backorder list.

The appt. was easily made and then I was shuttled back home. I was told I would receive a call when the car was ready. I left at 10:30a, and at 2p I called to check on progress. I eventually was told it would be done by 5p. I had my brother take me back to the dealership at 4:30p. All day wait was not what I was expecting.

This dealership has been in the neighborhood for as long as I can remember and I'm 46. Great group of individual. Warranty work is not my favorite. But it's not a fault of the dealership. GM has a lot of protocol when it comes to warranty repairs. But the individuals are great!
